 Darrell E. HaynesPartner A graduate of Howard Payne University and Baylor University School of Law, Darrell founded the firm in 1972. Since its beginning, the firm has focused on building a strong, vibrant community. Darrell served on the City Council for many years, stepping down the year his law partner and son, Stephen became Brownwood's mayor. |
 Stephen HaynesManaging Partner A graduate of Brownwood High School, Stephen received his Bachelor's Degree from Abilene Christian University and graduated at the top of his class at Texas Tech University School of Law. After law school, he practiced law in Dallas for several years before returning home. He specializes in estate planning, real estate and complex litigation, and for the past 11 years he has served as the city mayor. |
