Stephen Haynes

A graduate of Brownwood High School, Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree from Abilene Christian University and graduated at the top of his class at Texas Tech University School of Law. After law school, he practiced law in Dallas for several years before returning home. He specializes in estate planning, real estate and complex litigation, and for the past 11 years he has served as the city mayor.
